NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 13, 2005--ACE Overseas General, the international insurance operations segment of The ACE Group of Companies, announced today the appointment of Andrew Peel as Chief Information Officer. 
 

Mr. Peel will be based in New York and will report to John Jones, Chief Financial Officer for ACE Overseas General, and to William M. Siegle, Chief Information Officer, ACE Group.

Prior to joining ACE, Mr. Peel served as Managing Director, Insurance/Financial Services Consulting Practice Scope at BearingPoint. He has held a number of senior positions at American International Group, Ernst & Young, and Continuum-Europe. He earned a bachelor's degree in political science at Yale University.
