PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 17, 2006--ACE USA, the U.S.-based retail operating division of the ACE Group of Companies, today announced that it has realigned its Construction Industry Practice to better serve the unique insurance needs of builders and contractors. Based in New York City, the ACE USA Construction Industry Practice, formerly part of ACE Risk Management, will now become a unit of ACE Casualty Risk, and work collaboratively with brokers, design professionals and contractors to develop effective risk management solutions using both traditional and non-traditional approaches. 
 

The ACE USA Construction unit will write for all classes of construction businesses, including large general contractors, construction managers, design professionals and specialty contractors, wrap-ups and other project-specific risks. These products will be distributed through the retail brokerage community to the commercial market.
