In this new position, Ms. Henry will be responsible for supervising ACE's relations with governmental and industry organizations throughout the world. She will report to ACE Limited General Counsel Robert Cusumano and will work directly with senior management and ACE's President and Chief Executive Officer, Evan Greenberg.
Ms. Henry's responsibilities will include managing ACE's memberships in various industry organizations such as the American Insurance Association, the Reinsurance Association of America, and the Association of Bermuda Insurers and Reinsurers. She will also coordinate ACE's relationship with quasi-governmental organizations such as the International Association of Insurance Supervisors and the National Association of Insurance Commissioners.
Ms. Henry will supervise ACE's government affairs professionals and, with Matt Niemeyer, ACE's Senior Vice President for Government Affairs, she will continue her work on various legislative initiatives pending before Congress and a number of state legislatures.

Ms. Henry has worked as an attorney at ACE since 1992, and most recently has held the positions of General Counsel for ACE's operations in North America and Director of Litigation. She will continue to be located in Philadelphia, with staff in Washington, D.C. and elsewhere.
Ms. Henry holds a bachelor of arts degree from the College of William and Mary and a juris doctor degree from the Villanova University School of Law.
