ACE USA Expands Premises Pollution Liability Environmental Policy to Respond to Growing Needs of U.S.-based Companies with Global Locations

PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 5, 2006--ACE USA, the U.S.-based retail operating division of the ACE Group of Companies, today announced that it has expanded its Premises Pollution Liability (PPL) Policy to meet the growing environmental insurance needs of multinational companies with global locations. The expanded ACE USA Environmental Risk Premises Pollution Liability (PPL) Policy provides insurance pollution liability protection for gradual as well as sudden and accidental first- and third-party environmental liabilities. 
 

The ACE USA Environmental Risk PPL policy targets stakeholders in residential, commercial, and industrial facilities. Insurance coverage is provided with limits up to $50 million and with a minimum premium of $10,000. Additionally, insurance coverage is offered on a non-admitted basis, and terms are available for up to ten years.

-- Claims arising from listed non-owned disposal sites

-- Emotional distress or mental anguish claims

-- Natural resource damages claims

-- Mold-related claims

-- First-party business interruption

-- Underground storage tanks
