NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ACE International Life announced today the appointment of Anton Kushner as CEO and General Director of ACE Life Insurance, Russia. Mr. Kushner will be located in Moscow and have responsibility for the overall strategic direction of ACE Life in Russia. He will oversee sales and distribution relationships, product development and general operations.

Prior to joining ACE, Mr. Kushner for more than 11 years held management and business development positions in the insurance and financial services arena. Most recently, Mr. Kushner worked for Ingosstrakh, where he had several senior leadership roles in China and Finland. In addition, Mr. Kushner held the position of General Director at Ingosstrakh Life. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Moscow High School of Economics with a major in Finances and Fund Markets. He is also a graduate of the Moscow State Institute for Radio engineering, Electronics and Automatics (MIREA), Computing Department.
