The program will include a discussion of risk management issues in dealing with the Defense Base Act (DBA) Workers Compensation Act. The seminar program will be held at The U.S. Navy Memorial & Navy Heritage Center in Washington, D.C., on Wednesday, May 9, 2007, 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with registration beginning at 9:30 a.m.
