PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ACE USA, the U.S.-based retail operating division of the ACE Group of Companies, today announced that it has introduced an endorsement and stand-alone policy to assist customers who want to repair or rebuild damaged, covered real property to an environmentally-friendly standard for its Global Property Commercial Risk and National Accounts product offerings. Called “ACE Green Building Restoration,” the stand-alone green policy is part of ACE Group’s growing portfolio of green products. ACE Green Building Restoration can be added to a customer’s existing traditional property program and applied to a wide range of industries, including, but not limited to: financial institutions, manufacturing, higher education, and retailers and wholesalers.

The ACE Green Building Restoration endorsement can provide coverage to help rebuild a facility after an insured loss in an environmentally-friendly way. Typically ACE will offer limits up to $25M for this innovative coverage. The stand-alone policy and endorsement are available through the ACE USA Global Property unit of the ACE Global Underwriting Group, a division of ACE USA.
