PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ACE USA, the U.S.-based retail operating division of the ACE Group of Companies, today announced the launch of ACE Premises Pollution Liability Portfolio (PPL Portfolio), a program designed to offer pollution coverage in a single policy for owners, operators and managers of a flexible mix of U.S.-based small, mid-size and national account commercial property, including hospitality, multi-tenant residential and real estate portfolios. ACE PPL Portfolio combines traditional new and pre-existing pollution coverage with coverages for pollution liability exposures from non-owned disposal sites, contingent transportation, fungi, legionella and off-site operations on a claims-made basis.

ACE PPL Portfolio is available to clients and brokers through the ACE Environmental Risk underwriting team.
