SINGAPORE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ACE Insurance, part of the ACE Group of insurance and reinsurance companies, today announced its appointment of Shaun Oliver as the Asia Pacific Energy Casualty Underwriter. Shaun’s new appointment will be in addition to his current role as Casualty Underwriting Manager, Western Australia where he is based.
In this new role, Shaun will work with the Casualty & Energy teams throughout the Asia Pacific region to help maximize the Casualty Energy opportunities and provide specialist expertise in the segment.
Shaun has held a number of underwriting positions prior to joining ACE in 2005. He started with ACE as a Casualty Underwriter in Melbourne and was promoted to the role of Senior Casualty and Energy Underwriter in 2008. Shaun moved to Perth in 2009 where he took on the role of Casualty Underwriting Manager, Western Australia. Shaun is a Fellow of ANZIIF and has recently completed a Masters of Insurance and Risk Management with Deakin University.
