PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The ACE Group today announced the appointment of Lisa Humphrey as a Global Client Executive. Ms. Humphrey will be based in Los Angeles, and she will work collaboratively with a select group of ACE’s global clients and distribution partners to provide access to a broad range of global risk management solutions. ACE’s Global Client Executive practice was established in 2010 to complement the company’s existing strategies to better partner with clients and brokers who value a single point of contact in accessing ACE’s multi-line, global network of products and services. Ms. Humphrey will report to John Alfieri, Division President, ACE Global Client Executives.

With more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, Ms. Humphrey joins ACE from a global brokerage firm, where she led the company’s West Coast Global Client Network practice for large U.S.-based multinational accounts servicing their international placement needs in more than 125 geographic regions. She previously served at another global brokerage company as its International Practice Leader at a U.S.-based brokerage firm in the Midwest, where she worked directly with the company’s regional accounts to orchestrate the company’s global network and its service delivery efforts. Earlier in her career, she held a variety of underwriting management roles in the property & terrorism arena in the London market, and also worked in brokerage service management roles, working with global clients across all product lines.
Ms. Humphrey earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Queensland, in Australia. She holds the Associate in Risk Management (ARM), and the Associate of the Australian Insurance Institute (AAII) professional designations, and is a licensed property & casualty broker.
