ACE Makes Senior Appointments to Strengthen Its Growing Accident and Health Business in the UK and Ireland

LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ACE Group today announced two senior appointments in its UK & Ireland Accident and Health (A&H) team. Robin Hyndley joins as Head of A&H, UK & Ireland and Colin Wallace has rejoined ACE in the newly-created role of Head of Partnerships Management A&H, UK & Ireland. These appointments are part of ACE’s ongoing investment in the development of its A&H business, reflecting its strategic importance to the region.

Robin Hyndley will be based in London and will report directly to Pat Drinan, Regional Senior Vice President, A&H, EMEA. He replaces Duncan Green, who was recently promoted to the new role of Head of Conduct Risk and Assurance, A&H, EMEA.

Robin has over 18 years’ experience in the insurance industry and joins ACE from Genworth Financial, where he was Director of Global Reinsurance and Vice President of Direct Distribution. Prior to this, he held a number of roles at ReMark, including President & CEO North America and Head of its European businesses.

Colin has rejoined ACE from Hiscox, where he was Head of Partnerships, operating at both a strategic and tactical level. He has also worked at Allianz Insurance and Aviva. Colin, who will hold responsibility for driving ACE’s continued growth in the A&H affinity and travel sectors, will report into Robin Hyndley and will also be based in London. Both appointments take place with immediate effect.
