ACE Strengthens Nordic Financial Lines Team

STOCKHOLM--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ACE Group today announced a promotion and a new appointment in its Nordic financial lines insurance team as it continues its investment in further strengthening its presence across the region.

Kristina Engdahl has been promoted to the role of Financial Lines Manager, Nordics. Kristina will be responsible for the performance and the profitable growth of ACE’s financial lines portfolio in the region with an emphasis on the development of the company’s directors and officers liability and commercial professional indemnity offerings.

Kristina has more than 11 years of insurance industry experience. Prior to her appointment she held the position of Senior Financial Lines Underwriter for ACE. Her appointment is effective immediately. In her new role she will be based in Stockholm and will report to Grant Cairns, Regional Manager Financial Lines for ACE in Continental Europe, and Bror Sandås, Country President for ACE in the Nordics.

Jakob Christensen has been appointed to the positions of Senior Underwriter/Financial Lines Manager for ACE in Denmark. Jacob’s focus will be to develop ACE’s financial lines portfolio in Denmark, with an emphasis on professional indemnity for all the Nordics.

Jacob has over 10 years of insurance industry experience. He joins ACE from Allianz where he held the position of Head of Financial Lines, Nordics. His appointment is effective immediately. In his new role Jacob will be based to Copenhagen and report to Kristina Engdahl.
