CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Combined Insurance, a leading provider of individual supplemental accidentdisabilityhealth and life insurance products, and an ACE Group company, continues its rapid growth trajectory by hosting its first ever “Career Night.” The special event will be held in the lobby of Combined Insurance’s 111 E. Wacker Drive location in Chicago on Thursday, May 7, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

According to Combined Insurance, the goal of Career Night is to showcase the company’s open positions, which encompass job opportunities for Chicagoans in a wide variety of professional areas. Candidates from entry level to experienced professionals will have an opportunity to speak with Combined Insurance’s HR team and hiring managers, and initial interviews will be available on-the-spot for immediate, full-time positions. In addition, refreshments will be served along with giveaways for attendees.

“Hosting this large-scale job fair in Chicago is a continuation of our ongoing commitment to growth and helping job seekers find meaningful employment,” said Melanie Lundberg, director, talent management and corporate communications for Combined Insurance. “Our company is a great place to work. We offer an exciting, fast-paced, and high energy work environment and a positive corporate culture that is family-like, recognizes hard work, and where everyone has the opportunity to make a difference.”

In addition, Combined Insurance, which was founded more than 90 years ago, offers training and development opportunities, career growth, and a competitive compensation and benefits package.

The company, which was recently named the top military friendly employer for 2015, is also seeking to hire candidates who are military veterans. “We have an award-winning track record among employers with strong military recruitment programs,” said Art Kandarian, vice president, sales-military markets for Combined Insurance. “And, we are also interested in individuals who have bilingual skills. With changing demographics across the nation, there is an urgent need, especially in insurance sales, to recruit new hires who can serve Hispanics and other non-English speaking communities with competence and a high degree of confidence.”
