Hong Kong, June 9, 2015 — ACE Life, the global life insurance division of ACE Group, today announced the launch of ACE Treasure Life Insurance Plan in Hong Kong. The new product embodies ACE Life’s commitment to helping customers achieve different life goals and accumulating wealth to pass to future generations. In response to increasing demand for meeting different financial needs at designated life stages, the new plan enables customers to better plan for a fulfilling financial future.

ACE Treasure Life Insurance Plan is a comprehensive life protection plan with attractive returns – Guaranteed coupons of 50% and 100% of the latest Face Amount will be paid to in force policies at the end of the 6^th and 12^th policy year respectively, with an option to accumulate the returns to earn interest and save for future use.  In addition, accumulated dividends and terminal dividend are also available for wealth accumulation. 

To celebrate special life moments with customers, ACE Treasure Life Insurance Plan offers an additional Treasure Moment Bonus for any one of the designated life stage events ranging from university entrance, marriage or purchase of residential real estate, to becoming a parent or retirement.

ACE Treasure Life Insurance Plan provides two death benefit options for life coverage up to the age of 100 and an extra protection with a free Accidental Death Benefit providing coverage up to the age of 65.  Besides, a fixed premium payment period can be as short as three or six years for better financial planning.  This new plan is  a viable solution for lifelong wealth accumulation and life protection with a short initial financial commitment period.

And from now until 31 July, 2015, customers who successfully apply for ACE Treasure Life Insurance Plan will receive an extra guaranteed coupon of up to 8% of the annual premium.

 ACE Treasure Life Insurance Plan Product Highlights:

• 50% and 100% of the latest Face Amount will be paid as guaranteed coupons to in force policies at the end of the 6^th and 12^th policy year respectively, for better financial planning.
   
• Short premium payment period of either 3 or 6 years.
   
• Treasure Moment Bonus provides extra financial benefit to celebrate top life events. The bonus will be equivalent to 5% of the basic plan face amount, up to a maximum of US$2,000, and will be paid if any one of the following four events occur after the end of 6^th policy year: i) university entrance, ii) marriage or purchase of residential real estate, iii) becoming a parent and iv) retirement. A maximum of two Treasure Moment Bonuses can be claimed.
   
• Two death benefit options with life coverage up to the age of 100 to better protect the family’s financial security.  In the unfortunate event of the insured’s death, the Level Death Benefit option provides savings and life protection. The Alternative Death Benefit is a better fit for customers who have sufficient life protection and are looking for saving tools with easy application.  Moreover, an extra protection with a free Accidental Death Benefit up to the age of 65 will be offered.
