Samaggi Insurance builds multipurpose building and donates educational equipment at Ban Lad Rue, Phitsanulok
This CSR initiative is part of the Hand in Hand Project for Border Patrol Police Schools

Bangkok – October 5, 2015 : Samaggi Insurance, an ACE Group company, announced today that its Managing Director, Khun Nittaya Piriyathamwong, officiated at a ceremony to hand over a multipurpose building to Ban Lat Rue Border Patrol Police School at Chattrakarn in Phitsanulok province. In addition to the new multipurpose building, Samaggi Insurance also gave away 10 scholarships, schoolbags, educational materials, multipurpose desks, chairs, electric fans and water coolers to the school.

Pol. Col. Rungsuriya Phuekprapan, Deputy Commander of the Region 3 Border Patrol Police was on hand at the ceremony together with Border Patrol Police officers. Since the school is located far from urban centers and public health facilities, Samaggi Insurance, in cooperation with the Chattrakarn Hospital mobile medical unit, also provided medical and dental checkups for the local youth and adult residents. Essential medicines were also distributed for household use together with funds to support a medical services unit for this remote area. Prior to the ceremony’s end, lunch was served to the students and honored guests.
