Singapore — October 22, 2015 — ACE Group announced today the appointment of Tanya Kiew as its Head of Direct Marketing for Singapore. Tanya joined the team in September 2015 and reports to Wai Lin McWhinney, Division Head of Accident & Health (A&H) and Personal Business Insurance (PBI).
In her new role, Tanya will be responsible for product innovation as well as ensuring sustainable and profitable growth for Singapore’s Direct Marketing (DM) channel. Her main areas of focus include fostering and sustaining business partnerships, driving new partnership development as well as developing new channel extensions to diversify the DM portfolio.
Tanya joined ACE with more than 20 years of experience in DM and Marketing with leading banks, financial institutions and insurance companies. Prior to joining ACE, Tanya was the Marketing Director for Brand and Channel at ANZ Singapore, where she drove marketing efficiencies as well as, internal and external brand strategies. She also brings along with her, valuable regional exposure, having worked with ACE in Hong Kong and ACE in China where she was directly involved in the establishment of the DM operations in Shanghai, Shenzhen and Beijing. Tanya holds a Master of Science in International Marketing from the University of Strathclyde and a Bachelor of Business Studies degree in Actuarial Science from Nanyang Technological University.
