Ha Noi, November 2nd 2015 – ACE Life, the global life insurance division of ACE Group announced today its recognition as the “UNESCO Culture Enterprise – Vietnam 2015” by the Vietnam Federation of UNESCO Associations (“VFUA”) in the association’s Fifth National Conference held in Hanoi, Vietnam, yesterday. During the conference, VFUA also awarded Mr. Lam Hai Tuan, Chairman and Country President of ACE Life in Vietnam, the “Proficient Manager Prix Grand 2015” certificate. This is the second consecutive year that ACE Life has been the only life insurer in Vienam to be honored with both corporate and individual awards by the UNESCO association.
The “UNESCO Culture Enterprise – Vietnam 2015” award is given to recognize enterprises that have not only demonstrated their excellent strategies of operation and management, but which have significantly contributed to the economy, humankind, environment and social development, especially community contribution. Lam Hai Tuan, Chairman and Country President of ACE Life in Vietnam, said: "Not only is our great honor, these awards also validate the company’s position as a sustainable enterprise in term of personnel, products and services. In another event held on October 31st, ACE Life was recognized one of the “Vietnam Top Brands - 2015” by the Global Trade Alliance (“Global GTA”, United Kingdom) for Insurance – Financial – Banking sector. This event was jointly facilitated by Global GTA and the Institute of Economic Research and the Institute of InterConformity Assessment and Certification International (Germany-EU), aiming to promote brands and enterprises offering a diversified range of high-quality products and services that prove their potential competitiveness in the world’s market.
