Chubb announced today the appointment of Philippa Dunphy as an Independent Director to its Board of Directors in New Zealand. Ms. Dunphy brings a wealth of experience including eight years in non-executive director roles and more than 20 years working within New Zealand financial markets.
She joins ACE Insurance Limited, A Chubb Company, as it is set to become Chubb Insurance New Zealand Limited from 1 July 2016.
Ms. Dunphy is currently serving on a range of boards including: NZ Superannuation Fund (Member of Finance and Risk Committee); Fonterra Shareholders Fund; Abano Healthcare Ltd (Chair of Finance and Risk Committee); Next Foundation; Academic Colleges Group (Chair of Audit Committee); Transpower Ltd (Chair of Risk Committee).and Penny Ltd (Chair of Advisory Board).
