SINGAPORE, 20 June 2016 — Chubb announced today the appointment of Liam Burrell as its Division Head of Property & Casualty (P&C) for Singapore. Mr. Burrell joined the team on 13 June 2016 and will report to Greg Dodds, Country President, Singapore.
Mr. Burrell joins Chubb Singapore from Chubb Australia with more than 15 years of industry experience. Mr. Burrell was previously the State Manager – South Australia / Northern Territory, overseeing the P&C and Accident & Health (A&H) operations for that region within Australia. Mr. Burrell has a strong Financial Lines underwriting and portfolio management background and prior to his general management position, he had been promoted to roles of increasing responsibility within Financial Lines including various Financial Lines State Management positions across Australia.
In this new role, Mr. Burrell will spearhead business development, general management and overall growth for the P&C Division for Chubb Singapore and the Labuan office.
