July 2, 2020, Hong Kong – Chubb Life Hong Kong has won eight awards during 2020 in recognition of its insurance solutions and active contribution to the local community. This includes six awards at the 10th BENCHMARK Wealth Management awards; the “Hong Kong Leaders’ Choice Award 2020” from Metro Finance and; the Hong Kong “Caring Company” award from The Hong Kong Council of Social Service. These accomplishments embody Chubb Life Hong Kong’s determination to continue serving its customers and the community, helping create a better future for all.

The awards recognise Chubb Life Hong Kong’s achievements in prioritizing its customers’ needs and its emphasis on the professional training of its sales team, which resulted in unparalleled products and services for its customers. In particular, 2020 marked the 18^th consecutive year that Chubb Life has won the ‘Caring Company’ award, recognising nearly two decades of community contribution.

BENCHMARK named Chubb Life Hong Kong as the “Best-in-Class” in Savings Product and “Outstanding Achiever” in four categories: Critical Illness Product, Compliance Excellence, Human Capital Development and Risk Management.  Chubb Life Hong Kong was also awarded the “Outstanding Digital Project Award for its electronics sales tool for agents.

Chubb Platinum Plus Insurance Plan, which was awarded the “Best-In-Class” in the “Savings Product” category, allows flexibility in withdrawals and aims to provide competitive returns that can outpace inflation over the medium to long term. To provide a steady income in customers’ retirement years, they have the option to convert the returns into an annuity stream.

Embrace Care Critical Illness Protector, the product being awarded “Outstanding Achiever” in the “Critical Illness Product” category, is a critical illness plan that provides comprehensive coverage for families.  It provided the first-in-market family premium waiver when the product launch. The premium will be waived for up to 36 months if major illness occurs to the spouse, child or parents of the child, relieving the customers’ financial burden through these difficult moments.

Metro Finance recognised Chubb Life for its Qualifying Deferred Annuity Policy “Chubb FlexiLiving Deferred Annuity Plan” as the “Excellent Brand of Deferred Annuity” in the “Hong Kong Leaders’ Choice Award 2020”.  To help customers with retirement planning, the product provides great flexibility including the ability to choose from 21 start dates of annuity withdrawal, a premium holiday of up to 2 years, and so on.
