Johannesburg - October 31, 2016- Chubb today announced the appointment of Jenny Jooste as Professional Indemnity (PI) and Cyber Underwriter, as the company continues to develop its financial lines insurance capabilities in South Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa.
Jenny will focus on the development and growth of Chubb’s Cyber portfolio, following the launch of our Cyber Enterprise Risk Management product, the company’s end-to-end risk management solution, designed to meet the needs of middle-market and larger companies as well as multinationals in South Africa. She will also focus on developing a comprehensive PI offering and introducing new products to the Chubb portfolio.
Jenny has 27 years of insurance industry experience. She joins Chubb from Aon South Africa where she held the position of Account Executive with management responsibility for the general professional indemnity team . In her new role, Jenny will be based in Chubb’s Sandton office and will report into Alexandra Schudel, Head of Financial Lines and Casualty for Chubb in South Africa. Jenny’s appointment is effective immediately.
