Hong Kong – Chubb today announced the appointment of Steven Kwok to the role of Chief Operations Officer for Chubb Life in Hong Kong.
Mr. Kwok will be responsible for leading Hong Kong's operations team to support the growth of the company. He will provide strategic advice to achieve operational efficiency in alignment with the company's business objectives. Steven will report to Michael Ho, Country President of Chubb Life in Hong Kong.

Steven has over 20 years of life operations management experience in life insurance industry. Prior to Chubb Life, Steven was the Chief Life Operations Officer of AXA China from 2008 to 2016, heading the life operations to serve a range of distribution channels. Before that, he was with Manulife focusing on insurance operations and administration, as well as leading the development and management of various policy administration systems.
