Hong Kong - Chubb Life in Hong Kong SAR today announced that the Hong Kong SAR Council of Social Service has bestowed the company of the prestigious 'Caring Company' award for the 16th consecutive year, recognizing its dedication to the well-being of its employees and contributions to the community.
The award acknowledges Chubb Life's community outreach activities such as the 'Regional Day of Service', which has been held annually since 2012. Employees across 12 markets in the Asia Pacific region devoted their time to community projects focused on increasing educational opportunities and improving the livelihood for the underprivileged during a week in November.
In last year's 'Regional Day of Service', Chubb Life employees in partnership with St. James Settlement delivered hot and healthy meals to seniors in the Kowloon East District and brought 100 elderly people to the Hong Kong SAR Observation Deck at the 100th floor of the International Commerce Centre to enjoy the spectacular view of Hong Kong SAR.
