Chubb appoints new Head of Accident & Health for Australia & New Zealand

Blain Waterford, Head of Accident & Health for Chubb in Australia and New Zealand
Sydney, June 6, 2018 – Chubb recently appointed Blain Waterford as Head of Accident & Health, Australia and New Zealand. Mr. Waterford is based in Sydney and reports to Jarrod Hill, Country President for Australia & New Zealand. In his new role, Mr. Waterford is responsible for the management, development and growth of the corporate Accident & Health, Direct Marketing and Travel Insurance business. He replaces Ben Howell, who was recently appointed as Deputy Head of Accident & Health for Chubb in Asia Pacific.
Mr. Waterford has more than 15 years of experience in the industry, a decade of which was with Chubb in South Africa. He relocated to Asia in 2009 and has held senior Accident & Health and General Management roles within Chubb’s Asia Pacific operations. Most recently, he was Chief Operating Officer for Chubb in Thailand.
