The platform is a suite of connected digital tools, designed to facilitate a more efficient and seamless service journey.
“Chubb LinkSM” functions as the insurance consultants’ personalized digital business cards, highlighting consultants’ experience, product knowledge, as well as their professional awards and achievements. Customers can contact individual consultants directly via the page, get latest news and promotional offers of products, as well as corporate information. This personalized digital tool allow insurance consultants to engage consumers in a professional manner, and help them become brand ambassadors for Chubb Life.
"Chubb LinkSM" provides existing and prospective customers with a new channel to interact with Chubb Life and their insurance consultants. It aims to deliver a user-friendly experience, envisages as an all-in-one digital hub integrated with various digital tools, for insurance consultants to attract and engage customers.
