Chubb announced today that it had launched a comprehensive home contents insurance product for condominium dwellers in Thailand. Called Condo Shield, the product provides coverage for the condominium’s contents with no deductible and compensation based on the actual damage value, not exceeding the total insurance coverage. 

With policies starting from BHT1,200 annually, policy holders can benefit from several features* of Condo Shield:

• Coverage of up to BHT2 million for fire and natural disaster damage

• Up to BHT200,000 per instance for loss of or damage to assets resulting from theft, gang-robbery or larceny

• Up to BHT1 million for third-party liability

• Savings of between 15-30% if the policy is purchased for 3-5 years
