Chubb Raises Environmental Awareness Through Annual Regional Day of Service
Chubb Life Assurance Public Company Limited together with Chubb Samaggi Insurance Public Company Limited, held their annual Regional Day of Service, as part of Chubb’s corporate social responsibility initiatives in Asia Pacific. This year's initiative once again focused on raising awareness for protecting the environment through the Say Yes to Less Plastic initiative which Chubb has been running in Thailand since 2019.

Chubb held its annual Regional Day of Service
Chubb partnered with the Wat Pramai Yikawas school in Koh Kret, Nonthaburi province to educate students on the importance of environmental preservation and waste management. This included a community clean-up, with Chubb employees volunteering to help clean up community areas, including the school and a local temple, alongside residents and students.
Ms. Jaruma Jaruphongtawit, Interim Country President of Chubb Life Thailand, said, “The Say Yes to Less Plastic program is our long-term initiative to educate Thai youths on the importance of reducing, reusing, and recycling plastic items in our communities. By offering hands-on experience, the students can better understand how their actions can make a difference to the community we live in.”
“At Chubb Life, we believe that fostering education in local communities to protect and enhance their environment will help nurture a sustainability culture that can be passed on to future generations,” Ms. Jaruma added.
