Ace Life Wins Esteemed ‘Supreme Insurance Brand Award’

HONG KONG, 7 January 2015 – ACE Life, the global life insurance division of ACE Group, announced today that it was honored, for the first time, with a ‘Supreme Insurance Brand Award’ at the ‘Supreme Brand and Service Awards’ in Hong Kong, organized by Capital CEO and Capital Entrepreneur magazines. The award aims to recognize the company’s commitment to product and service excellence, multi-channel distribution strategy and success in building ACE Life as a leading life insurance brand.
The ‘Supreme Brand Insurance Award’ is a testament to the company’s dedication to providing a wide range of innovative and diverse solutions designed to meet the varied needs of its customers. ACE Life was also cited as paying tribute to its transparent, responsive and flexible approach towards customer engagement.
The ‘Supreme Brand & Service Awards’ celebrate outstanding consumer or corporate brands that have been developed and managed effectively over the years. The awards also seek to encourage both local and international companies to strive for outstanding quality and enhancement of products.

This year’s ‘Supreme Brand and Service Awards’ was bestowed at ‘Entrepreneur Nite 2014’, in celebration of the 10th anniversary of Capital Entrepreneur. Winners of the awards were decided by a panel of jurors in addition to the editorial boards of Capital CEO and Capital Entrepreneur who assessed entries based on six criteria: impulse recalling, identity on high quality product and excellent service, brand influence, product quality, point of distribution and business sustainability.
