Chubb announced today the appointment of Ian Mullins to the position of Environmental Risk Underwriter for Australia.

Ian is an experienced Environmental Consultant who will play a key role assisting brokers and clients in determining appropriate insurance solutions for their environmental risks.

Throughout his career, Ian has project managed a diverse range of environmental planning and impact assessment projects. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resource Management from the University of Western Australia.

Ian’s appointment follows the relocation of Oliver McCauley to Chubb in Hong Kong where he has taken up the role of Environmental Risk Underwriter - Asia.

Country President for Chubb in Australia and New Zealand, John French said, “We are excited to have such an experienced Environmental Consultant join the team. With exposure to a wide variety of environmental initiatives, from Government and infrastructure to urban development and the mining sector, Ian’s appointment will only enhance our capabilities in this growing and important portfolio”.
